Little Hassidic boys are singing song about rabbi Shimon bar Yohai in Meron, Israel.  Bar Yohai is also called by acronyme "Rashbi". He was a famous 1st-century rabbi in ancient Israel, active after the destruction of the Second Temple by Romans in 70 CE. He was one of the most eminent disciples of Rabbi Akiva, and is attributed with the authorship of the "Zohar", the chief work of Kabbalah. Bar Yohai is buried in the tomb in Meron, Israel, which is visited by many pilgrims every year, especially during holiday Lag Ba Omer.
